I do think it is a bit weird to jump on either at this point as we don't know everything that happened, other than what is obvious, but that doesn't always tell the whole story. I don't follow racing so I don't know but they are saying he has a mean streak and a temper, and that while he may not have meant to kill the guy he certainly meant to hit him out of spite when he could have avoided him.
